I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel in Lincoln, and I must say, it far exceeded my high expectations. the staff went above and beyond by returning some important documents I had accidentally left behind, showcasing their exceptional customer service. the ironing facilities were top-notch, allowing me to freshen up my attire for a business meeting with ease. Overall, I was thoroughly impressed with the hotel's attention to detail and outstanding amenities, making it one of the best stays I have experienced in Lincoln.
